Olivier brings human capital solutions to complex business situations. He combines more than 20 years of experience as a senior HR executive across the globe and industries with 5 years as an Associate Partner in Change Management and People Strategy in Accenture.
Olivier has successfully handled major business reorganisations and change programs. He has initiated and led creative HR strategies to improve business performance. He has also developed an expertise as a People Advisor on M&A from pre-deal to post-merger integration, especially in Asia where he has resided for the past 10 years.
Among his major achievements, Olivier:
Led the integration of a Chinese State Owned Enterprise within a large European MNC from organisational redesign and cultural transformation to enhancement of people management practices and coaching of the management team
Optimised talent management at critical phases of business cycles for energy, FMCG, financial services, retail services, or high technology companies
Led a complex change management program for the worldwide implementation of an e-Procurement project in a multi-billion dollar company
Redefined and implemented organisational and human performance strategies for different companies undergoing major business transformations
Designed and implemented Sales, Customer Service, and HR Transformation programs across industries
Olivier has an MSc in People Management from IGS, Paris, and an Executive Masters degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change, from HEC, Paris, and Oxford Said Business School. He is a pro bono Mentor for Start-ups at ChinAccelerator and MOX. He is also a Director of the Board of the Asia Transformation and Turnaround Association (ATTA) where he received the 2014 Transformation of the Year Award. Olivier is also a visiting lecturer in Lingnan University in Hong Kong in the MSc Human Resources and Organisational Behavior program.
