Helena is a senior HR business partner who has worked for famous international companies in China for the last 20 years.

In Walmart, PepsiCo, or Carlsberg, Helena has experienced, led, and implemented large change and transformation programs. She’s at ease dealing with all types of business environments, from severe downturns to high-growth environments, and has adapted HR programs to fit business requirements.

Amongst her major achievements, Helena has:

• Led a large change management program related to a large SAP HR implementation across China. China had been chosen at the global pilot and a lot of pressure and visibility were put on the team to ensure success. SAP has been implemented on time, on budget, and without any resistance
  

• Standardized all people related processes and programs across half a dozen JVs. Contributed to enhancing and aligning JV’s culture to Company core values and people priorities
  

• Successfully organised the closure of manufacturing centres in difficult provinces, handled labour disputes, without any external or internal issues
  

• Reduced employee turnover through data analysis, individual discussions, and people initiatives. Significant savings have been realized thanks to these initiatives
  

• Enhanced HR team capabilities and improved team productivity

Helena lives in Shenzhen with her family and has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language.
