Frank is a recognised international Compensation and Benefits (C&B) expert with a deep knowledge and understanding of Total Rewards and International Mobility. He has worked in multiple industries, including energy services, technical services, and financial services.

Frank has advised companies during due diligence and has designed and implemented global total rewards programs, including top executive compensation.

Among his major achievements, Frank:

• Harmonised C&B policies and practices upon the merger of two large business units
   
  
• Designed new Global C&B Programs and provided coaching to the worldwide HR function
   
  
• Designed and implemented a worldwide employee share ownership program for different IPOs
   
  
• Designed and implemented new Total Reward Strategy, including short-term incentive programs more aligned to business needs
   
  
• Harmonised C&B policies and practices following the acquisition of a Japanese Company

In 2006, while working at AXA, Frank created a specialised MBA in C&B with two French Universities and the Magellan Institute.

Since 2010, Frank focuses on providing consulting and training services to international companies, and teaches in Paris in the C&B MBA program he created.

Frank lives in France with his family.
