Elaine has a strong hospitality background with 20+ years leading Marketing, Revenue Management, and Sales at Marriott. As an Hospitality expert, she has consulted for some of the world’s best known international five- star brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Shangri- La and Atlantis. She has led change and transformation programs, and designed and delivered high performance Training and Workshops. Elaine also worked with MNC’s in the Transport, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Government & NGO sectors.
She is a Certified Executive Coach, Change Management expert, Business Strategy and Leadership Development Consultant.
