He has also developed an expertise as a People Advisor on M&A from pre-deal to post-merger integration, especially in Asia where he has resided for the past 10 years.
Helena is a senior HR business partner who has worked for famous international companies in China for the last 20 years.
In Walmart, PepsiCo, or Carlsberg, Helena has experienced, led, and implemented large change and transformation programs. She’s at ease dealing with all types of business environments, from severe downturns to high-growth environments, and has adapted HR programs to fit business requirements.
Frank is a recognised international Compensation and Benefits (C&B) expert with a deep knowledge and understanding of Total Rewards and International Mobility. He has worked in multiple industries, including energy services, technical services, and financial services.
Frank has advised companies during due diligence and has designed and implemented global total rewards programs, including top executive compensation.
Anne is an analytical strategist and marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience. She has diverse functional expertise across varying industries including: Consumer Packaged Goods, Finance, Government, Media, Non-Profit and Technology.
Anne has consulted on optimizing operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and various analytical initiatives. Her expertise with managing communication channels and cultural change stems from projects in post-merger integrations, change management, and board governance.
Katherine is a seasoned HR Professional with more than 20 years of experience as an HR generalist with regional responsibilities. She has worked in Information Technology, Pharmaceutical, and FMCG industries.
